"What makes this hotel a gem is by far the service! Mister Ali at reception is the nicest human being you will ever meet. He tries to make your stay pretty much perfect by guiding you where to visit, eat etc. he is a wealth of knowledge that a tourist can definitely appreciate. I highly recommend staying here. I do think booking through their website is more helpful if you need a refund etc if you are staying one or two nights less. We stayed one night less due to an emergency and hotels.com was not able to give the refund for the night. This is not the hotels fault by any means, but rather the booking agency."
