"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. "The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Service was extremely helpful. My friend had surgery and couldn't find too many things close within walking distance. Train station was about 15 min walk. Uber ride to an authentic restaurant was about 10 min. Walking maybe 30min. Nice, quiet area. "

Exceptional hotel

"I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality and support. The amenities were impressive, and the rooms were well-maintained. Its proximity to the ferry port, shopping areas, and restaurants was extremely convenient. I look forward to returning to this hotel. My only recommendation would be to install smart TVs in the bedrooms for access to YouTube and Netflix."

ISG Sabiha Gokcen Airport Hotel - Special Class

"I have used this hotel several times before. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have direct access to the airport terminal building. There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately."
