Great view of River Avon and Cathedral from deck. Can't recommend this place enough...do stay there. "

"Bed was a bit tight in the room, and the restaurant was incredibly dark. Had to use my phone torch to read the menu! It being an Indian restaurant for 4 nights a week means you can only really eat there once if staying for more than 1 night. Good location…but parking limited so check before arrival. Staff very nice."

"The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The swimming pool facilities were great, sauna, steam room etc. The breakfast for what it was, was great, lots of continental options and your choice of a cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place and come again. Id love to write a longer review but there was no issues, everything was great."

"The rooms were very nice, the staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "

Great Spa Hotel

"We had a 2nts stay including a spa treatment & was absolutely lovely. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable, we had a spa treatment each too which was amazing but we did have a minor discrepancy regarding payment which was soon rectified & spa facilities excellent. Overall our stay here was very nice & would definitely stay here again in the future."
