"Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. "Beautiful hotel and comfortable room... but staff sercice needs to improve. I arrived (heavily pregnant) and nobody offered to help me to the lift and they were not busy. Next morning (we needed to depart early) were handed back our car key but then had to search for our car... which isnt really valet parking. But overall a good stay and we would consider returning."

"Great place to stay on the South Side now that you can be in Admiralty in 7mins using the MTR on the doorstep. Go for Mountain View rather than City unless on a high floor, above 12. LuluBoaBoa highly recommended for food noodles and wanton and 15% discount applies as guest. "

"This hotel provided everything. A spacious room with black-out automatic movable window, plus sheets too. Mini fridge, soft-closing doors and drawers, temperature-controlled water dispenser in the corridor, and fast wifi through-out. Only downside was the lack of BBC World News or any English TV channels. "

"The location is superb just directly opposite Times Square. The hotel reception is one of the best in Hong Kong that I experienced. I was served by Tiffany who is all smiles and very customer oriented. The breakfast set (4 to choose from) is average but included in the room so no complains. Rooms are dated but clean and functional with a sofa bed. The fabulous customer service (including house keeping) and good location of hotel more than made up of those short falls. "

"Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel HK from April 9 to 13 exceeded all expectations. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Florence Li at the front desk, who ensured the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. Our room, which faced Victoria Park, was excellent, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were not only friendly but also attentive to our needs.
