"The lobby was cold and uninviting. It was also uncomfortably cold in temperature. The receptioniste was not very friendly or welcoming. Another lady in reception was kind enough to get us another pod of decaf, later in the evening. A lady of the cleaning staff was very kind and helpful in the morning, when we locked ourselves out of the room. The room and the bed were excellent."

"In an industrial area. No food places walkable. Rooms outdated. Lots of repair patches in bathroom. Bed comfortable. No closet but had a stand. Ironing board hanging on wall as you walk in. Area rugs shedding everywhere. Elevators slow and shaky breakfast with decent food. "
