"The hotel room was excellent, very spacious and great facilities in the room, very clean and comfortable. The dining facilities were not good however, not much choice of menu, only microwave food. Service was great, but as there was not much choice of eating locally, had to travel to get food."

"The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!"

"Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t. "

"Clean, modern hotel. Not too far from tram or bus stop. Metro is a 12 min walk though. Google maps from the city to hotel shows St Marx on 71 tram as the stop. But if you go to next stop (Litfasstrasse) your walk time to hotel is cut to half. Now the glitch part. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Except once when my kid asked for a tea bag to replenish the coffee/tea in the room, she was told by the front desk lady no tea bags to replenish. Even though we stayed for 7 days. 1 extra tea...

"Front desk isn't the friendliest but everything else was great! Hotel is only 10 mins metro train ride into city center. There's also a small "mall" near to the hotel where you can get essentials (food, shampoo etc) for very affordable price."

"This hotel is perfect for those who want the city break but not be disturbed by the noise of the city centre. It is right next door to the underground that will take you where ever you want to go. The staff are amazingly helpful and always smiling.
