I like where the property is located, easy access to everything around town and the Bridge ,restaurants, senic pulloffs, though it is run down and my room was very dusty, and stains in the sinks and carpet. The bed was great, new. It needs remodeling for sure.

One of the few places in St. Ignace open at this time. Not a four-star hotel by any means, but rather a place to stay. And those were my expectations going in. It was clean; and stocked... so I have no complaints. There was no staff. But the pool and hot tub were still open, which I used and enjoyed. I would actually stay again.(!)

We had two rooms. The girl who checked us in was great. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. Limited lobby hours. No coffee or breakfast. Shower was broken in our room. When reported, nothing was said or done to rectify it. (The girl who was great wasn’t there anymore once that was noticed) In one room the door wouldn’t lock. Had to move rooms. Being the “slow” season, it’s understandable not having staff on site 24/7 but the conditions of the facilities need to be improved. That’s on the owners. Not the staff.

Worst stay I ever had. They say the office time is 7am to 12am but they take off before 11pm and never come back when I left at 10am. They promised me to bring me a hair dryer before next morning and never came back to me. Shameless.

The air conditioner unit is very noisy when sleeping. We had to turn it off to sleep. Then the room got cold early morning and when we turned on the heater, it was still very noisy to sleep. Toilet paper in the bathroom seems to not have been replaced from previous occupant as it was just half a roll when we arrived.

The pool was like ICE!! Not usable. There were a pair of fake eyelashes left in our bathroom. The building was dingy, and dirty. The room was dirty, curtains were torn, and overall just felt yucky. The staff were SO KIND! There was also no breakfast as indicated. They said they “didn’t start that yet”. I’m glad I didn’t pay much for this, as it was not worth it. :/

Hotel under new management, barely any staff available to check in and ask questions. Beds Ok. No Breakfast. Pool too cold to use. Hot tub was nice. Hotel needs some updating. Hotel could do better accommodating disabled guest: toilet too low, grab bar too far way from toilet. Could use another grab bar by the toilet. Our room was as far as the room could be. Luckily had an elevator. Noisy fan for pool outside our room.

I did not like having no staff present at the front desk. I was expecting a small breakfast to be included, but there was not. The ice machine on the first floor did not work, so I had to go upstairs for ice each day. I would have preferred a room facing south so we could see the lake. The room was clean. We liked the dispenser in the shower for shampoo, soap, and conditioner. There was plenty of hot water as needed. We like the microwave and refridgerator.

This was a clean room, pillows were nice, hot tub could’ve been hotter, pool was cold, but, understand the time of year (still cold out) we had a big group and were able to stay in pool area and hang out. The owners were not around after 5:00 pm. But left out items such as toilet paper, coffee, cups. Very nice people that ran it (when they are at property)
