Not customer centric: The room temperature was 52 degrees when we arrived at around mid night with family. Not sure which genius decided to se so low when it was in freezing cold outside. Family was tired due to long drive and had to wait until the room reached optimal temperature to finally hit the bed. Property description: Pictures are inaccurate. Bathroom is an important aspect of the stay. The size of the bathroom is probably not more than 40 sq ft. Shower is not well maintained. Smell: Hallways smell - carpeted area probably not maintained well. Breakfast : good options. One of the waffle makers broken and not baking well enough. Had to throw away the food.

There were a couple different times. The front desk wasn't manned, And I had to wait for service, Also, the hot water in the shower was fairly lukewarm... But overall the renovations they've done on the property are great. The fire and ice restaurant had great food, The convention area was clean and easy to access, The pools appeared well kept, parking was easy. Traveled with my pet and they had to adjust my reservation from what I had selected in Expedia to a different room because of the pet. However, it was not particularly upset by that change, The room that we got moved to had a first floor walkout patio that made taking my dog potty. Very easy. They had a couple of nicely maintained grass areas where I was able to play with my dog. And maybe nicest of all. There wasn't a whole lot of old dog poop. In fact I don't think I saw a single pile. Either they have great customers that do a very good job cleaning up after their pets, Or it's just one more way that they are keeping on top of their property. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The website advertised a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The website shows nice bathtubs in the room.. there is no tub. But there is a shower that barely works and a toilet that does nothing but run all night. And there is "nothing we can do about it"

I really loved this hotel. Ask for an atrium room for a really cool experience and views! Staff is super nice and breakfast was amazing. Also on a road that has tons and tons of restaurants.
