"The unit was clean, comfortable, beds also. Should install a closet rod in the entrance for hanging clothes, especially for suits and formal wear. Having things neat for meetings, funerals, etc. Lighting is poor, especially for grooming & specifically for women. Could have another outlet by the counter. The corridors were quite trashy. Needed vacuuming, cleaning, very unkept! Exterior appeared to be recently undated. Looked very nice. Thank you."

"I had to sign the usual damage waiver/cleaning fee if I mess something up terribly agreement etc yet I walked into our assigned room and the mirrored sliding doors on the closet have huge cracks in them, part of which have small pieces of scotch tape. Then I look up and the bulb in the entry light fixture is completely missing. So, I have to sign something that says I'll respect your property but you don't necessarily seem to make the upkeep of said property a priority."

"Excellent hotel! They will drive you to dinners, health club and mountain with their shuttles. No need to rent a car. Very clean community. We really enjoyed our stay and I skied everyday. Great restaurants around in walking distance. "

"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "
