"We stayed here on Easter Sunday when our flight was canceled. If I’m ever in Houston again, I won’t look for another hotel. This hotel was recommended to us by an employee at IAH. Great location but, more importantly, the staff made our stay absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. We used the beautiful pool and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and then breakfast the next day. Really loved it here. Thank you! "

Staff was not helpful at all and everytime I have called about it, staff is rude and won't let me speak to manager at all. We chose this hotel due to it being close to my doctor and to get charged more than double what I had reserved is very unprofessional."
