"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"We had to have a room change because of the cigarette smoke smell (you can’t control what customers do in their rooms) and they quickly found us a new room and were so friendly about it. Breakfast was amazing. I think the biscuits were homemade. It was a little humid in the hotel, but after we ran the air it was so much better. "
