"Overall the prperty is quite nice / clean and conveinent to get to. It slightly exceeded minimun esxpecctations for the price. Room HVAC is getting up in age so slight dank smell when first checking in until the AC gets the humidity out of the room. Room rugs looked older and may need replacement soon. Beds were great / good night sleep. Free coffe in lobby is a nice gesture - but tastes terrible - either system not cleaned recently and/or needs better water filtration. "

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Our first time at this property and it was a great experience. Overall quiet which we liked and especially that it has an 'adult only' pool. Wait staff and front desk people and bellmen were all friendly and accommodating. :-)"

"Property was good still a lot of construction going on to repair damage from the hurricane. Staff was very nice great service overall experience was nice and easy walkable to pool and the private beach. "
