"Wonderful historic old Hotel turning 100 this year. Staff were wonderful, great location and close to a 5star experience but let down by the bed in our room. Unfortunately the bed was extremely firm and the topper was very worn making for a very uncomfortable rest. Not a luxurious rest that you would expect in a 4/5 Star Hotel. "There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel. When I booked the room via hotels.com and the room was for up to 4 people so we thought as long as we booked that room then we can stayed up to 4 people since our sister will stay with us. When we checked in the hotel agent we been told that we could only allow up to 2 people while our hotel room reserved for 2 beds. "There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel.
