"We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem. Their free parking was so nice, and the room was nicely furnished, clean, and updated. So I can safely say we would have been super happy staying here...but sometimes things happen. The moment we reported the issue the staff came to inspect and discussed options for moving us. When we opted instead to go elsewhere (we needed adjoining rooms), they processed the refund right away. Good service means a lot in these situations! "

"Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening I was not impressed as its a new car"

"We stayed just one night and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious and the little kitchenette was very convenient. The bed and furnishings were of a good standard. The building is old but care has been taken to keep it clean and fresh. We would stay again"
