"The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She knew the local area and provided suggestions of what stores and restaurants would be open in this 'off-season' time. The location was in walking distance to many restaurants and the show we came to see at the Hampton Beach Casino. I loved the ocean view balcony but didn't use it as the day was cool."

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 4 nighs. The staff was Wonderful, everyone including other guests were very friendly and helpful since we were from out of state. "It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. There was one room key and there was no maid service. We had to ask for clean towels and take out our own trash every day. We...
