"The check in went smooth but when we got to the room it was pretty much stripped bear also the blind on the window is in very poor shape . No lap no pictures. When I asked the front desk why and he said they were remodeling upstairs and also people steel stuff . In my opinion this room should have been at least discounted . That being said the room was comfortable and quiet."

"We were able to book online and show up 10 minutes later to check in around 1pm - before regular check-in time. We were taking refuge from the ice/snow storm and they had a room for us. I understand this experience is based on room availability but it was much appreciated! The staff was very helpful in helping us get anything we needed. The hotel was right next to the historic area of town but due to the weather we unfortunately couldn't take advantage."

Frank, the owner, text me first thing in the morning on the day of my arrival to ask if I needed anything. He greeted me upon arrival, showed me to my room and took the time to strike up conversation and talk to me about the things he thought I’d find interesting after he learned a little about my interests. "This hotel has zero frills. But overall, it was good. It was clean and cheap. And that was everything I needed. Coffee in the office was good, but outside of the waffle maker, the breakfast options were dismal. I was not disappointed with my stay. "
