"This was a great Hyatt. We loved the hotel and staff. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The pools and health club were fantastic, The accessibility to Orlando Pointe was very convenient. The room was extra large and quiet. There were 3 conventions going on and it was busy. However, we found it all very enjoyable. "

"This is a beautiful resort for kids/couples. The rooms were huge and a lot of amenities. Great pool and waterpark area and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The only thing is that there's a lot of walking to get from your room to the lobby, pool etc, but I didn't mind because I got my steps in. Highly recommend!"
