"Booked this hotel and was suppose to be a non smoking room. We got there and it was so smoky that we could not stay in the room. The place was run down."

"The shower head is installed totally too high, and I could not reach it to use the hand-held shower. Also the bathroom floor was sticky, and shower curtain was useless as it was over a foot off the floor making the water from the shower go everywhere, we used our drying towels to dry the floor so we would not slip. "

"House keeping knocked on my door at 9 a.m. to ask if I was checking out that day even though check out time is 11a.m. I had received a text earlier from the front desk that allowed for checking out by text when I left which is what I did at 10:45 a.m. I left the room keys inside the room when I left. When walked out , closed the door and turned to leave, the housekeeper came out of a room about 5 doors down asking me to leave the door open if I was leaving. I told her I had checked out and...
