Staff lovely. Dogs enjoyed their stay. Great hotel and service, only a small observation in that there was no orange juice for breakfast. Shower head wouldn't stay up had to hold it. Apart from that great

The whole area around the hotel was a building site. Fortunately we were only staying one night. Had to walk around the building site which was very muddy, to get lunch. The staff were exceptional and once the construction work is finished it should be fine. But it is a huge area and will take a long time to be finished.

The hotel is well managed and maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were great. Room was also excellent. The surrounding area currently has construction work, but that will no doubt end soon. There are limited dining options in the area and no shopping options. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s a basic hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast was ok fresh hot food options, cereals and yogurt options. Ok for a free add on. Lots of building going on around area and quite noisy from M27 traffic if windows left open. Warm comfy bed.

Great spot to stay pre cruise. Easy £20 cab ride to hotel. Spotlessly clean. Exceptional staff who are the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. Rooms are big and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all a great stay !
