"We had a great stay at this new apart-hotel in a quiet yet up and coming area of London! Staff was very nice and accommodating allowing us to check in early. Our room was small but clean and had everything we could need. We especially loved the large 12th floor common area and gym. Great views of new towers being built and Canary Wharf in general from the rooftop patio. 5-10 minute walk to the Tube. We also loved the really nice restaurants nearby. 10/10!"

"The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!"

"This is my second stay, I love the location, it’s super close to great tube links, borough market, London Bridge etc. Apartments are spacious with handy amenities for short or long stays. The only issue is that the floor was filthy again. "

"Roomy, very comfortable unit. Was surprised there was no phone in the room, not even to call reception; apparently this is the way new hotels are these days? You HAVE to bring your own phone? No washcloths, handtowels (got 1 later), nor facial tissue and just one tiny wastebasket, for the bathroom. Some crumbs on the kitchenette counter."

"The hotel is very good, clean,spacious room and perfect location ....It is recommended however they dont have the "cleaning room" service unless you book one and pay extra for it which I find weird specially that this was not clear while booking the room on hotels.com. Other than this hiccup the hotel is really very good."

"Struttura bellissima e nuovissima, curata nei minimi particolari. La posizione semplicemente perfetta, la fermata della metro Russell Square è a due passi. Vicinissimo anche il Brunswick center con i suoi molti ristoranti e negozi. Gail's è perfetto per fare colazione, tutto delizioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente presso questa bellissima struttura!"

"Nice and cozy apartment hotel, with a set of table and chairs, a heated bathroom (water temperature was good but not as high as I normally have it), and a small kitchen with pans and utensils provided. Only downside was there were a few stains on the bed sheets, and it’s not something they replace daily."

"We had an excellent stay. The room was spotless and really well equipped with everything we needed. Large TV. Fridge, microwave, cups, bowls plates cutlery and glasses. Bed was big and comfy. Location was super. 5 minutes walk to Shepards bush tube. Loads of shops and a great bar on the corner before the tube. Self check in was a breeze. Cracker stay and awesome value. "

"The place was okay and as expected. I was just disappointed by the lack of communication about the deposit. They did not mention to me that it would take 5-7 working days to return into my account. The communication from the reception/ concierge was very poor. And it says they stay in the building until 10pm, which was not true. He left immediately after I checked in, leaving me with no one to make any requests/ complaints to. "
