"In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good. "

"My Husband And I Chose This Marriott Convention Center In Pittsburgh For The Location Because We Were Going To A Penguins Hockey Game And Pat McAfee’s Big Night Aht In Paints Arena. This Hotel Is Literally Right Across The Street From Paints Arena Where The Penguins Play. The Employees At This Hotel Are So Friendly, The Hotel Is Clean And Has A Starbucks, A Great Bar And Two Great Restaurants With Excellent Food. We Can’t Say Enough About This Great Downtown Location, You Can Walk To Many...

"The property was well maintained and clean. We were in town for a ballet competition so we were gone all day everyday until late and didn’t realize they weren’t going to service our room the second morning I had to run and buy coffee. I decided not to use parking at the hotel but if I had to do it again I would because there was no place to load and unload baggage on the street. "

"The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service...
