"An amazing experience with amazing staff. Everyone was willing to help and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. Staff members who were especially kind and helpful were Laola, Jas, Ani -Mearani, and also the lovely young lady who did the Sugar Cane Juice Bar at the buffet every morning. Our experience was exceptional but I do have to mention a particular manager and or cook that was near the waffle section of the breakfast buffet on 4/7/2025. He was particularly rude to not only the staff of women working with him, but also to me. He told me to wait in the waffle area for waffles that I could see were already made, however he did not put out. He told me he would be right back to set them out and to wait there. After waiting 15 minutes of waiting and him never returning, one of the kind women in the restaurants was able to help me. While walking back to my table I noticed him in another area of the restaurant with absolutely no intention of returning to where he advised me to wait. He particularly helpful to the man in front of me but went out of his way to ignore me. I also witnessed him being loud and degrading to the very kind women working in that area of the restaurant. I mention this in hopes that he will be remediated for almost ruined a perfectly great experience at this beautiful resort. "

"My Wife and I 3rd stay at Hilton Resort. We come here yearly now for 2 weeks. Why Hilton? 1.We just love Deluxe King Beachfront Suite with share Pool. No other Resort on Denarau has that, worth the extra money. 2.Layout. Yes resort is more spreadout which we love ang plenty of golf carts can pick you up randomly or wait for Bula Express larger Golf cart style bus if you get sick of walking but we enjoy walking along the large grass frontage, no other Denarau resort has that either. 3.All staff are always so friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to help with anything. 4. Three restaurant options, We love Maravu asian fusion the most. Breakfast buffet also superb. 5.Coconut tree climbers will fetch and cut you a fresh coconut to drink if you see them, they'll always be doing a certain area daily so look around for them, and they love a chat. 6.All pools are superb but we use Koro adults pool mainly for a cocktail or beer when not using our own pool. 7.Very family and child friendly with many organised fun activities around Nuku pool area,all the kids around just love it. We will be back in 2026 around end of March(end of wet season).Weather is hot and humid and yes you will get some afternoon storms,and rainbows!e love that too, they soon clear and we had mostly beatiful sunny days, only one overcast drizzly morning in 14 days. "The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property. Many staff at the pool and restaurants didn’t even speak or understand fluent English. Due to their poor communication skills, they never extended to help in any capacity like providing towels, bringing water, checking in, etc. Overall pretty mixed experience. Expected much better service given how nice the property is. "
