"Great location, right by Battersea Station with lots of options for food and shopping, and great for commuting via boat! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the pool / spa area is a treat after a long day out. All the members of staff we interacted with were fantastic! We only stayed one night but we are definitely going to return, ideally for a longer stay. "

"The room was big and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were provided with clean towels daily. Room was cleaned upon request. This hotel is easily accessible from train and close to lots of tourist attractions. Didn't care much for restaurant food. Overpriced and underwhelming. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me. "
