"Great place for the family. The whole Ft Myers Beach is still going under a lot of work from the hurricanes but Pink Shell has rebounded very very well and looks amazing. Great beaches footsteps from your room and 3 Great pools. Although one of them is not for kids. Adult’s probably enjoy that. I have to give a special thank you to Ranger Rob!!! He offers many amazing activities for kids and a kayak trip for the entire family. He is a great teacher and very knowledgeable of the Florida wildlife...

"Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....
