"All the staff were wonderful, made for a great experience. Kids friendly environment. Whilst i don't know the names of all i do remember the names of uncle Sim, Redzuan, Eddie and Zasem who were brilliant."

"A great stay and as rated. The only hiccups were the auto water dispenser in the room which was difficult to use in one of the rooms that we booked and the delayed check in. We booked three rooms, and only one was ready when we checked in. The wait wasn’t long for the other two but it was inconvenient to collect keys again as we had parents whose were on wheelchairs. "

"Booked this hotel for the novelty. My 2 teenager kids still enjoyed the experience. The beds are ok but the small and thin pillows are a pain. The king bed only has 2 of these pillows. Bathroom and shower room are very nice but no hand towels and bath floor towels so it can get pretty wet and slippery. "
