"This such a fun hotel! Staff was great! The sushi restaurant attached was amazing with great staff as well. Room was clean and spacious. King size bed was very comfortable. We will stay again!"

I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "

"Great beds. Quiet halls. The only complaint was the water did not stay hot long enough for my shower, but in their defense they were completely booked the nights we stayed there. "

"Everything was ok but coffee had no flavor wish there were more breakfast options. Room was good just noisy with the air unit right out the door in the hallway had to place a towel on the floor to block the air from coming in. There was a burnt smell in the room unable to find or locate where it was coming from."
