"Great location and great staff. However I was surprised by the finishing of the rooms. It was not the finishing of a Novotel hotel with cheap wood and cupboards. Our fridge was broken and the staff member claimed it was fine. The card key kept on failing. Very annoying but staff were lovely"

"Good quality hotel in convenient location for a few days business trip near the old airport, now closed. The elevated metro ran close by, but no noise from that or busy road. Didn't get to do any site seeing, in local area. "

"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with. "

"I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. "Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. "Great place to stay in Delhi. All staff were very kind and helpful specially Saroj mishra. The breakfast was spicy but superb and they were very accommodating providing us with none spicy omelettes. Their breakfast chai was amazing! The room was clean and house keeping was done when requested. Four water bottles were provided every day. The only downside is that the kitchen odours can be smelled in our first floor room."
