"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"Book this NOW! No need to compare or search any longer. It's a normal apartment in a good quality normal building. The walls are thick, the windows are good, the door is solid. You don't hear any neighbours, people walking in the corridors or loud cars. Its just a place that you would normally live in. The bed is comfortable enought, you can't hear the bathroom from the living room, and the curtains are effective (unlike most holiday apartments). Only the iron needs to be changed as it has...

"We arrived early in the morning and property management allowed us to check in right away since the apartment was ready. Really appreciate it! Directions and instructions to access were communicated ahead of time and were very clear. The apartment itself was super clean and cozy with all necessary utensils in place. Well, except only a bottle opener :) Grocery stores and bus stations are next to the building. Wonderful place for both short and extended stay. "

"This was a total disappointment. We rented this unit only to arrive on a long trip from the USA to find it had been double booked. The owner never answered ny phone calls from us or Expedia. He did send an email later that night to let us know it had been double booked. I do not understand why Expedia allows him to remain on their site, to make matters worse we are still trying to get our money back, which apparently he must approve. We may be going to court in DC, who will show up I wonder? "

"While the apartment is visually pleasing and in a good area this is where the positives stopped. It lacks key things. Firstly the mattress was horrible. I can't emphasise this enough. Could feel all the springs and anytime one person moved the other could feel it and was disturbed in their sleep. "This was a very convenient 2 night stay with the need for an early check out to get to the Airport, having a shuttle bus was a bonus. Slightly disappointed that there was no room tidy up / replenishment of facilities between thr two days. e.g. tea/coffee facilities were not restocked meaning if you had tea/coffee before bedtime and for first thing in morning then there was little or no choice for the next night. I also expected towels to be tidied up even though they were not to be replaced after showering etc. with the beds also re-made."

"Excellent hotel, great location in a beautiful residential area, close to an airport but also you can go for a beautiful walk. Plenty nice and cozy restaurants in the area, but you almost do not need them as the food in the hotel is wonderful, one mist try breakfast when there. But the most import is that the staff in the hotel is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond to help and accommodate you. Rooms a beautiful, clean, beds very comfortable. Great place overall. "
