"We loved how nice this hotel was. The only thing that we would change is having a coffee station somewhere. If you don't want coffee in your room, you have to go to the restaurant and in my life I have never had slower service to get a cup of coffee. Then we have to go find the waiter to pay because he never came back."

"We were late checking in and the room type we paid for was given away. The hotel gave us an in-house credit but the room wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what we paid for and expected. Only one elevator out of three was working. The hotel was short on the waitstaff but our waiter Derik was phenomenal and gave great advice on the breakfast items. If not for Derik we would’ve went to the local IHOP. "

Delicious free breakfast, comfortable beds, great amenities. Hotel Gibbs is truly a hidden gem! I will be exclusively staying here every time I visit San Antonio from now on. "
