The staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable despite several cancellations on my return trip home. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough they are awesome"

My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "
