"Very nice hotel. Made of wood, smells of wood. Good staff too (except one slightly grump middle aged guy at reception). The 2 younger ladies at reception were fantastic. Food good, very clean, organised."

"We enjoyed that the gondola was right across the street. The gym and spa were top notch and we enjoyed the fact that we could charge our vehicle while parked. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and hug it recommend to family and friends "

"For me, this is one of the best hotels/spas in the area. All I look for is a place that I can relax after work and this is it! They serve Breakfast and Dinner. The staff is amazing and food for me was just right. See you in 2025."

"Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...

"This location was very enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Making dinner reservations and giving directions. It felt like home it was so comfortable. Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "

"We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. "A great place! Nice location, comfortable hotel, nice views from every window and an easy bus ride to the ski lift. Erna in reception was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Would’ve stayed longer, but I have to follow the snow"
