"We love staying here. Our room this time needed a lot of repairs. Shower head broken, the digital alarm clock was counting like a timer, and the latch mechanism on the door was missing a screw. The 5 ladies At the front desk did not obviously care as i stood there looking at them while they talked amongst themselves for about 5 mins before sliding my key at them to check out. The best person we have met thw last 2 stays was the very nice man who works afternoons/evenings for check in. "

"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The open bar in the lobby was nice . Check in was smooth and Natalia and Marcos as well as the other front desk staff were there whenever we had a question. The only suggestion is that the showers should have grab bars for safety."

"No parking and in Puerto Rico parking it is a most. At least a few or a credit por a close by paid parking. Food great (breakfast). Room wasn’t my liking. Door wasn’t working properly and window to the hallway."

"TLDR: Solo traveling woman. Definitely would stay again. And I highly recommend Ive been to PR a few times. This time I wanted to be more in the center of things while staying relatively affordable. I feel that La Mona Loíza did just that. Simple accommodations, the place was clean and cute. Centrally located. I could walk to condado and Old San Juan & isla verde were less than a 10 min ride away. Plenty of eateries on Calle Loíza and the apartment complex is right near a 24 hr grocery store....

"We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and service was great. The rooms are just what we needed for a few days in PR. The hotel is close to both food and shopping options and we loved the hotel’s beach club down the block. Will definitely stay at Abitta again. "

"This place spoils you rotten! Water and sodas are free! Our butler provided some fruit and juices as a gift. There is chocolate and chips in each room as a gift. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and attentive."

"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "
