Sintra Beach Resorts from RM262

"We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the NH Centro Sintra, who were extremely helpful. We were delighted to be upgraded to a gorgeous Valley view room that had a balcony / terrace with beautiful views over Sintra including the Castelo dos Mouros and the Quinta da Regaleira. Breakfast was fantastic, my mum who is a very fussy eater, said it was the best hotel breakfast she had ever had. The service wasn’t OTT, but they were attentive. The restaurant had views across the valley and we even witnessed a rainbow! We had a few drinks at the bar and the staff were wonderful. They didn’t have the wine I requested so the barman asked my preference and chose a gorgeous wine based on that. The location of the hotel is second to none (although ignore the route on Google Maps as it takes you all around the houses and up very steep sets of stairs - not ideal with cases!) with the incredible views from the back and the front coming out into the historic square. Do not let the outside of the hotel put you off, the inside is beautifully decorated and the rooms are really well appointed. We can’t wait to return! "

"We had a wonderful stay here. Even though it was pouring rain the whole time, we loved all the amenities that were offered at Penha Longa. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind. Every single one we came in contact with. The indoor pool and spa facilities were amazing! The beautiful chocolate were so special and we bought lots to take home. Our Junior Suite was comfortable and the room service was quick and very good for the kids. We loved our stay and would have loved to stay much longer. Great hotel! "

"Being a solo traveler on this trip, this was a perfect location for rest and relaxation. I loved that the property is right along the shore/on the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to open my balcony door and listen to/see the waves. The standard, first floor room was a good size with a comfortable bed and nice shower heads in the bathroom with hot water (hot showers are important to me). The complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast buffet included with my room rate were very nice touches. As well, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Mariana was a lifeline as she assisted me in getting around by looking up bus and train schedules and suggesting apps for me like Bolt, Omio and Moovit in addition to answering any other questions that I had for her. Sofia was willing and available to help when I needed also. I got a great value for the service and amenities that I received, and I would definitely return to Arribas Sintra without hesitation. "

"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff (front desk, house keeping and especially at the breakfast buffet/restaurant) is amazing and very attentive. The location is well maintained and beautiful. I also enjoyed the large pool and spa area multiple times. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family."
