"The shower floor was very slippery, with no grab bars. I fell. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so was steamy after a shower. The soap and shampoo dispensers yielded very little when pushed. May have been clogged. Otherwise, very well appointed, clean and quiet. "

"Amazing place to stay near Sintra in a quiet area, amazing garden. The hotel has a pool table, a little kids area, electric bike rental. The breakfast was very convenient. The rooms are spacious, a little bit old but very clean. We stayed with our 3 kids and we found the place very kids friendly. There is no restaurant on site but there is a grocery near the hotel and the staff can heat your meal with pleasure. "

The location has parking and is convenient for walking into Sintra and to the castles. Our room and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in our room was one of the best experiences!"

"The Chalet Saudade is a feal gem! The property is a beautiful home with 3 floors of guestrooms below the main floor reception and sun room. We had an incredible large suite with entry hall, kitchenette, large bathroom, large bedroom with stone walls, comfy beds and a big screen TV. It also included living room and a door out to a private yard and access to an incredible garden. Breakfast was included at the nearby Cafe Saudade, and included fresh fruit smoothies, fresh bread, eggs, yogurt,...
