"Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. "The staff at this resort went above and beyond what was expected of them. Ashley, at the front desk was incredible and helped us with every issue we had and always with a smile. She is the first person we saw when we checked in and again, her smile, friendliness and especially professionalism is amazing."

"The room was very clean. Only issue was with the room furnishings. There was only a desk chair for use at the desk. It would have been nice to have had an arm chair or something to serve as a sitting area. Also the sink was very small & hard for 2 people to use. Shower was very nice. All in all, it was a good room, but not great. "

"The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things."

"In town for 8123 fest and the hotel was the perfect location right beside the Amphitheatre. The room was quite big with both a king and a pullout sofa. The bathroom pretty much standard. Enjoyed the fact that the bar served drinks till at least 11!. Breakfast was pretty good and a decent price. "

"Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "
