"Superb service from the Granada Melia team from arrival to departure. Staff were pleasant and very frendly. They gave lots of ideas of what to do in Granada and for the rest of our stay in Spain. I had booked a junior suite as a treat for my boyfriend's birthday which came with access to the Level. I'm glad I did as the room was wonderful and access to the Level made the trip even more special. I wished we could have stayed longer. I will definitely book this hotel again."

"The room is small but the location is excellent. It is 13 min walk to the Alhambra, 5 min walk to the city center, about 10minutes wall to the sightseeing spot of San Nicolas, close to everything."

"Small boutique hotel in the heart of all the action. The welcome we received was very personalized and pleasant. There are tons of small amenities like a tea service that adds tons of charm. Built in a 1905 building that once housed the city's first ever private bank. being a small hotel, there was a lot of personal attention, which was definitely very welcome. there is a Turkish style hammam / bath , which we enjoyed along with the steam room. rooftop is beautiful with views of Alhambra and the cathedral. We stayed in the Neroli Junior Suite.... wow! Gorgeous room with an original ceiling mural. Everything is ultra modern and the bathroom was massive. Couple of minor issues: 1. the lighting automation / scenes were NOT intuitive. 2. For how spacious the bathroom is, there aren't enough shelves , and the layout is not ergonomic. 3. I wish the cooling system would be more powerful. opening the windows is not ideal since its on a busy road. for eg. the bath tub is a huge gorgeous unit, but you can't access the soap from the tub!! breakfast and the staff was amazing. I loved the food and there was a good offering of healthy fruits."

"Extremely super property with staff that will go out of their way to assist and please with a great friendly attitude. Ambiance business as well as family friendly with heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing very nicely maintained area. Great buffet breakfast with variety that can suit to every liking. Eco/nature friendly that is noticeable throughout the property. The hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway on the 3rd floor via elevators. Upscale department stores, cafes and dining options are all around within the easy walking distance. "
