"I highly recommend this hotel, the staffs are very nice and friendly. The view from my room and its own garden are both terrific. I also love both public and private hot spring options. The breakfast buffet is awesome that you can have both Japanese and western style food. The hotel also offer some activities you can register ahead of time. I hope the hotel can also let the guest to modify or add dinner through their website. Overall I had great experience during my stay!"

"All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan! Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!"

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "
