"The staff offered me a cup of tea as I was checking in. The room was spacious. The shower and tub area was great and included a rainfall shower too. The bed was comfortable. The tea and water in the room. The balcony with a view of the mountains. And it was so close to the train station. I would come back for sure. I wish I could have stayed longer. GREAT place to stay."

"Great accommodation, very spacious and modern property in a great location. Check-in was very painful though due to requirement to fill in enormous amounts of paperwork, upload passport photos, etc. The check in process was more onerous than trying to apply for a visa to visit Japan...!"

"We stayed three nights over New Years Eve. While we didn't bring our dog we wished we had! The property has all kinds of amenities for pet owners like a washing srea and free treats. The room itself was like a small apartment complete with a toaster oven, microwave, and fridge. It was spacious! The floor is concrete as are the outside walls, which was good for soundproofing. It was not loud at all. We really enjoyed walking to the bamboo forest and the shops and restaurants. There is a mini mart...

"Great location easy to access from the train. We ended up having two different rooms in this hotel and going from the room with the queen to the room with the king was a huge difference. The room was a lot bigger as there were three of us. The staff here were so sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a really good buffet. I definitely would recommend this hotel especially if you’re used to a typical American hotel. Stay here:)"
