The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city. "

"We only stayed in Otaru for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We got there early so they held our luggage for us and delivered it to our room while we were out. They even gave us umbrellas to use when they realized we didn’t have one. There is a Family Mart, shops, and places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Bonus, they also have 2 washer/dryer machines and an ice machine on the second floor. "

"Staff is helpful when asking for information like where to get money exchange, haircut and so forth. The bathroom is clean and good shampoo. Really like the Japanese style bath tub, much more deeper than Western style. "

"Absolutely amazing stay in premier deluxe king bed room on 14th floor. Both buffet and sit down Japanese set breakfast were delicious! Also enjoyed the 1934 BAR 2.5 hour drink and small plate with jazz music. Warm and helpful hospitality. The location is so convenient too! Between Sapporo Station and Odori Park. "

"Great Location. Great Bath. Nice cafe and really great breakfast buffet for the price. I really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin room. For a cheap price you get what feels like a room to yourself. This is Fourth hostel/capsule hotel in Sapporo and easily the best one I have stayed at."
