"The staff were very kind and used Google translate to help talk to us since we know only a little Japanese. The combini were very close and easy to get to. The only thing I could say wasn't perfect was the room being a little small; about the size of a bedroom."

"I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this hotel. Professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The room is compact. As a man over 6 feet and 220 lbs, the bathroom especially was cozy. But it totally worked! Clean, comfortable, and well located, the hotel was within a few minutes stroll of major Shinjuku sights, and with three major subway/train stations nearby, all of Tokyo and even Japan are never far away!"

"Me and a friend stayed for a week and it was great. It is right in front of a station that is a couple stations away from places like ikebukuro and shinjuku. The place was clean and pleasant throughout."

"Great hotel in a very central busy area. Restaurants are everywhere and the trains were very close by. The rooms are small but as I was traveling by myself it was fine. I think multiple people and multiple bags is tight but doable if you store stuff under the bed! Housekeeping situation worked out great for me as all I really wanted was clean towels which were left for me outside my room daily. The area around the hotel is exremely busy and very noisy so if you are looking for serenity this area is not for you! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone hoping to stay in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo."
