"Great stay at the APA hotel. Check in during regular hours was seamless, quick. Rooms themselves are quite small but seems par for the course for Tokyo and also reasonable for the price. I stayed alone in a single unit and felt cramped at times. The breakfast is excellent and I had no problems getting a seat around 8 AM without a pre-reservation/signing up before hand though it does cost 200 yen more. It is about a 10-15 min walk from the closest subway station though which can be a pain...

"Frequently stay here, close to all the bars and restaurants. While it is a walk to the nearest train/subway station is all pretty flat. Towel service everyday. Cleaning every 3 days or as needed, but mandatory every 3. Customer service is great. Restroom for customers downstairs accessible with room key. Lobby is quite small, so you'd have to excuse your way through sometimes when the unaware foreigners are hanging out in the lobby or blocking the entrances and exit. 24hr area so beware its...
