"This property was beautiful. I loved the unique musical style of the property. The property was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was a hopping place in the evening. We enjoyed some delicious specialty drinks at the bar and yummy food from the Per Diem restaurant in the lobby. The kids enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We can't wait to revisit this property."

"I loved this property. It was just what I needed for a two nights day. Upon arrival, the front desk help was so polite and genuinely kind and interested in my business in Morgantown. They gave me a great room (320). The lobby is open, airy and spacious. The pool and hot tub are in the lobby, but have privacy wall surrounding it. I would’ve loved to check it out, but I wasn’t at the room all day. One of the elevators wasn’t working, but really not a big deal. The property is older, but I feel it’s charming and you can tell there were updates made to both increase the comfort of guests and keep the cost low enough to offer competitive rates. I paid a little over $100 a night and I felt it was completely worth it depending on what you’re looking for in your stay. For example, two weeks ago I stayed in a higher end boutique hotel for 367 a night. It was beautiful, completely renovated and gorgeous. Had a river view, but it was so loud that I couldn’t get any sleep so I would sacrifice those amenities to have a quiet, peaceful sleep like I did at this Holiday Inn. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I actually did do a black light test on the sheets and they were pristine. I didn’t hear a peep during my whole stay. The bathroom, although a tad older was sufficient the water pressure was good enough not the greatest. The hot water wasn’t as available at six or 7 o’clock in the morning so I just waited an hour and took a shower at eight and it was fine"
