"I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay."

"The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there. "

"We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. As a tiny example, the amenities for taking a bath are two types of bath oils and bubble bath. I know someone would prepare it for you, if you asked. Nothing has been overlooked. "Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Service is wonderful and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of it all just down from Yokohama Station. Check-in was easy and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes after I walked through the door. Amenities are fabulous: they have everything you’d need besides your clothes. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m back in Yokohama this summer. "

"I like everything. The staff are very professional. They are very approachable, polite and kind. They are very organize. The facilities are very clean and high technology. Everything I need in the room is there.The food is excellent. There are so many options, specially the breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend it. Choose Hilton yokohama hotel and you will not regret it. Thank you so much to all the staff. I will definitely come back again."

"I thought the hotel was wonderful. The area outside the station was interesting, but I think that should be expected for an area that is a 5 minute walk from a major rail station. There was also an excellent supermarket embedded in a pleasant mall just 1.5 blocks away. "

"Very unique experience! We’d never done a love hotel before and I can tell you this place lived up the hype. Staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was meticulously clean. For the price you really can’t beat the spaciousness of the rooms. Would definitely book again!"
