"This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax."

"The location of this serviced apartment was really good, with many eateries nearby. The common space at level 3 also provided extra space beyond the room. However I may not come back due to the hard bed, very soft pillows, road noise (poor sound insulation) and general maintenance (while I think it is clean, does not give the impression of a well maintained space)."

"Rooms are comfortable, staff are very good and the location is fantastic for exploring the restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to walk to from Hong Kong Station after taking the Airport Express. Bathroom could do with an update to a walk in shower stall instead of a tub shower to improve space. Can be cramped if you're tall, as the tub is raised. Other than that minor inconvenience, a very enjoyable stay."

May be challenging if you have a young child who still requires a stroller and can't/won't walk very far. It is a pretty hilly area with lots of stairs (trade off is that it does put your right in the middle of all the action)"
