"Really enjoyed the stay here. The staff was especially friendly and I never felt like I was being a burden. The parking is pretty simple too. You can see the parking garage you park in directly from the hotel. They have a little loading spot out front so you can load your bags and then go park the car. I slept very well here too and the noise wasn't too bad, just the odd train going by now and then but I found it relaxing. Very conveniently located in downtown Roanoke so there is a lot to do and I would definitely return here. Great hotel!"

"Very convenient location for activity we did in the area (American Shakespeare Center). Got a great cocktail at the bar after the show. Clean and comfortable room, once we turned up the heat. Upon arrival the temperature in the room was 50 degrees. Friendly, helpful staff. The food kiosk didn't have many options for late night snacking, so maybe stop at the nearby grocery store or gas station to get some snacks before checking in. I would stay here again and recommend this property for those wanting to be in the downtown area. "
