"Our stay was great. There were four adults and a baby. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the room serviced due to nap schedules although it didn’t house keeping came late in the afternoon but staff were great accommodating clean towels as needed. The only complaint was the pullout couch which needs to be upgrading. No one can sleep on the mattress on the pullout. We had to move mattress from one of the queen beds. "The kids camp staff were incredible!!! Drink lines took forever at the bar near the beach and the $15 Pina Coladas tasted like soap. We mentioned it the next day and were told there was nothing that they could do but whoever cleaned it last probably didn’t get all the dish soap out……"
