"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room.
