"What a view! Was extremely clean and well kept. The owners make sure that the guests are well serviced. They own a restaurant (Mischelin star), I highly recommend it. We ate there twice and the food was fantastic. Hard to describe this place without using words like the view is awesome and the place is fantastic. "Great concierge service from Maria, contacted me via Whatsapp before arrival where we were able to organise Angelo to take our car and park it safely for the duration of our stay. Super easy, stress free. The hotel itself was immaculate, such nice interior design and so comfortable to stay in. Would 100% recommend staying here, it was so lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly Maria and Angelo"

"The location of the property simply cannot be beat. It is right in the middle of the downtown area. The accommodations are gorgeous with beautiful tiles and luxurious linens. Breakfast was served each morning on a rooftop terrace and was delicious. The staff went out of their way to be polite and helpful. This place is tops and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The property is located down my the marina so we didn't need to navigate lots of steps (there are some) to get there and we had access to shops and restaurants near by. Because it was located by the marina and the city bus terminal there were always lots of activity going on, but the hotel room was very quiet when the doors to the balcony were closed and we had a great view of the Mediterranean. "

"Was an excellent visit! Beautiful view from window, and rooftop! Small shower and Walls are thin and if you open window travelers can keep you up at night but perfect walking distance from ferry/bus station. Centrally localized in the city. Jerry & Gabriella were outstanding and very welcoming! "

"Can’t say enough about how lovely the Palazzo Confalone is. Old world charm, elegant and understated, not glitzy. The architecture, views and grounds are its most beautiful assets and speak for themselves. The staff was great. The concierge even called the town hall, in the village that my grandparents come from, to find out how to get their birth certificates. Best views in all of Ravello.
