"Check in was easy and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was okay however there was a red stain on the carpet it almost looked asif it might’ve been blood and the bathroom door didn’t shut, luckily it was myself and my partner but otherwise it wouldn’t have been very convenient "

"The room was very small, one of which was only big enough to turn around. The bathroom was also very small, and the shower was only big enough to turn around. The room key had to be handed in to the front desk when leaving, but everything else was fine, and the breakfast was very good. It is relatively close to Paddington Station (one of the main transfer stations), and there are many restaurants around."

"We spent our Christmas and New year in this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, message them online for our needs and we’re responded quickly. Walkable distance to London Eye, Big Ben, waterloo train station and tube, super convenient location. Will definitely book again next time when we visit London!"

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
