"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. "We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. "

But the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped me feel comfortable and make the most of my stay. "The staff was so friendly and helpful with every aspect. I’m a solo female traveler and I felt really safe even though the town is somewhat off the typical touristic areas. The views and the sunset were amazing! The room was gorgeous and very posh feeling without the price tag. It really felt like I was a part of their world. I had incredible food, the best massages ever and I slept like I had not in years. Can I give a 20 out of 10? "

"Everything was great. Especially the staff. Komang is an outstanding cook. And everyone was friendly and helpful. My only problem was the room they gave me was discribed as having AC. It did not. I might suggest they correct that for future clientel. "
