"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。また利用したいです。"

"Convenient location, not far from monorail station (7 min walk) and only a couple of stops away from the Kokusai-dori (main) street. The room was clean and very spacious. There is a 7/11 store located next to it. Parking was a bit difficult because you have to drop off your car and then it goes into a stacker (automatic) car park. However, the friendly attendant did let us park temporarily on the side to drop off our luggage quickly and store it because we arrived before the check-in time....

"Great hotel, staff very helpful and great English support. Common area bath and pool area were great. Within walking distance to several restaurants, Round 1, the pier, and a beach. Other places are a short taxi ride away. There is a convenient airport bus that must be reserved in advance."

"Very upscale. The concierges were top notch!! So helpful!! The rooms are a bit dated. And the pool was closed (off season). Onsite restaurants delicious. Piano player every evening. Again, thanks to the helpful concieges!"

"Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!"

"The service here was excellent, they welcomed me with a handwritten letter on my table with some decorations and mints. Great place to stay, room view of the ocean was beautiful. The room itself was huge in comparison to other hotels in the area. "

"The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "
